Smartys — AI-powered ERP for construction contractors

Smartys is business management software built in-house at Item Yapı, born out of the industry's own needs and used every day inside the company.

Development started in December 2025. Founder and developer: Günay Çağrı Tuzak.

Written from inside a contractor, for its own needs.

Item Yapı has manufactured and installed stretch ceilings in Istanbul since 2005. Smartys grew out of that work: it was built in-house to run the whole process — from customers and quotes to orders, accounts and the job site — in a single system.

Today the software is part of Item Yapı's daily operations. Development started in December 2025; its founder and developer is Günay Çağrı Tuzak.

Smartys is run by Smartys Bilişim Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti., founded in November 2025 and owned by İtem Yapı Dekorasyon Dış Ticaret Ltd. Şti. Smartys' own site: smartys.me.
