Choosing the LED to place behind a stretch ceiling surface isn't a decision limited to light output; heat generation, beam angle and the distance between membrane and source are just as decisive. A poorly chosen LED can cause streaking or premature yellowing on the surface.
In Item Yapı projects, low-heat, wide-angle LED strips with even light distribution are preferred for translucent and backlit surfaces. That way, the entire area gets balanced, soft illumination without any spot-light effect.
If surface type, void depth and desired light intensity aren't assessed together at the outset, both visual quality and the fixture's service life are put at risk.
